Privacy Policy
Who we are
Niihka is operated by the Niihka team. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide while using the app.
Information we collect
- Account: Apple sign-in identifier, phone number or email (for sign-in and recovery), and an optional name.
- Journal content: photos, videos, text, stickers, and covers you add. If you turn on cloud sync, this is sent over HTTPS and stored on servers in mainland China.
- Public content: journals and comments you choose to publish appear on Discover and are visible to other people.
- Invited family: you can create a time-limited link for one journal. Someone with the link can view synced pages and photos and upload more without creating an account. Those photos stay in your cloud account. We strip location and similar metadata. You can revoke the link or delete the photos; they are also deleted if you delete your account.
- Device and logs: a general device type, app version, and error logs, to keep the service working. We do not use an advertising identifier.
- AI: only after you agree, the photo you selected is sent to a cloud AI provider for the style you chose. You can withdraw that agreement in the app.
How we use information
To provide sign-in, cloud sync, Discover, comments, safety review, and support, and to keep the app reliable. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising.
Sharing
- Cloud storage and sync: our own backend in mainland China (record.niihka.cn).
- Safety: public content may be reviewed automatically or by a person.
- AI: only after you agree, the selected image is sent to LibTV for processing, then deleted from that service within 24 hours.
- Law: we may disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect someone’s safety.
Children and guardians
This app is for families recording childhood and may include images of minors. Guardians should manage the account and what is public. Don’t publish identifiable images of minors where they don’t belong. We don’t knowingly use this data for targeted ads to children under 13.
Your choices
- In the account screen you can change your name, link or unlink sign-in methods, and sign out.
- Delete account removes the cloud account and cloud data. The confirmation explains what stays on the device.
- You can turn off cloud sync and withdraw AI processing consent.
- You can unpublish a journal, report content, or block another person.
Storage and security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are stored in the system keychain. We take reasonable steps to protect data, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

我们是谁
Niihka（成长手册）由 Niihka 团队运营。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用与保护你在使用 App 时提供的信息。
我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：Apple 登录标识、手机号或邮箱、可选昵称。
- 成长手册内容：照片、视频、文字、贴纸与封面；开启云同步时存储于中国内地云端。
- 公开内容：你选择公开的手册与评论会出现在发现页。
- 受邀家人：书主可为某本手册生成限时邀请链接。收到链接的人无需注册，即可查看这本手册里已同步的页面和照片，上传新照片，并调整自己添加的照片的位置、大小和说明。照片存储在书主的云端账号下，展示时会去掉拍摄地点等附带信息；书主可随时撤销链接（撤销后不能再查看或修改）或删除照片，注销账号时一并删除。
- 设备与日志：设备类型、App 版本与错误日志（不含广告追踪）。
- AI 处理：仅在你明确同意后，将选中照片发送至云端 AI 服务商。
我们如何使用信息
用于登录、云同步、发现页、评论、内容安全审核、客服与产品稳定性改进。我们不出售个人数据，不用于跨 App 广告追踪。
共享与第三方
- 云存储与同步：自有后端（record.niihka.cn），位于中国内地。
- 内容安全：公开内容可能经自动化或人工审核。
- AI：仅在同意后发送指定图片到 LibTV；生成完成后 24 小时内从该服务删除。
- 法律要求时可能依法披露。
儿童与监护人
本 App 面向记录成长的家庭用户，可能包含未成年人影像。请监护人管理账号与公开设置。我们不会有意面向 13 岁以下儿童进行定向广告。
你的权利
- 用户中心可修改资料、绑定登录方式、退出登录。
- 注销账号将删除云端账号与云端资料；本机手册以注销确认文案为准。
- 可关闭云同步 / AI 同意；可取消公开、举报或拉黑。
数据存储与安全
传输使用 HTTPS。访问令牌保存在系统钥匙串。我们采取合理措施保护数据，但无法保证绝对安全。
